Standard 4K annotated reports are delivered within 24 hours of the flight. Storm damage and insurance claim packages can be delivered the same day for urgent claims. All reports include high-resolution geotagged imagery, annotated damage callouts, side-by-side comparison shots where applicable, and a written summary in adjuster-ready PDF format compatible with all major insurance claims systems.
MW AIRLIFT is a Raleigh, North Carolina drone services company, FAA Part 107 certified and launched in July 2026. We do three things. We document property from the air — roofs, exteriors, land and construction sites — and deliver an annotated report you can hand to an adjuster, a client or a lender. We monitor cold storage with connected sensors and produce the compliance record that comes with it. And we operate an NDAA-compliant model for government and healthcare work, with a strict firewall separating those missions from commercial ones. We carry $1M aviation liability, and every deliverable ships with a sealed, independently verifiable chain of custody.
Commercial work is statewide across North Carolina, with the Research Triangle as the core service area — Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest and the surrounding Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston and Chatham county communities — plus Eastern and coastal North Carolina. Federal work is available nationwide. If you are outside the Triangle, ask: travel is quoted honestly rather than refused.
Every image is hashed at capture and the mission is sealed into a signed manifest. Each report page carries a QR code resolving to a public verification page, so your adjuster, client or auditor can confirm independently that the file they are holding is the file we produced. The record is tamper-evident: any edit, re-save or re-compression makes verification fail, so alteration becomes detectable to anyone who checks. That is what makes the record reliable when the file actually gets scrutinised.

State law places measured, survey-grade and boundary deliverables under professional land surveyor supervision, and MW AIRLIFT does not represent visual documentation as a survey. What we deliver is visual documentation — high-resolution imagery, annotated conditions and site context. Where a project genuinely needs survey-grade output we will say so, and point you to a licensed surveyor rather than blur the line.

This is Operations as a Service (OaaS): MW AIRLIFT provides certified pilot(s), NDAA-compliant aircraft, insurance, airspace authorizations, capture systems and delivery infrastructure — you keep the end-client relationship and set the operational scope. We fly under your CONOPS (or under our Part 107 authority for standard operations), deliver into your workflow, and stay out of your client conversations. Day-rate range is $500–$1,000 standard, $1,000–$2,500 storm-surge; specific rates are quoted per engagement. Typical partners: national drone operators needing NC coverage, utilities via subcontractor platforms (Avetta, ISNetworld), engineering and reality-capture firms, and hyperscale general contractors. Master Service Agreement + per-engagement Statement of Work is the default contract shape. Not drone rental, not training, and not a direct pitch to your end client.
